Questions brides ask us
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 2 to 4 business days and usually arrive within 2 to 3 weeks, tracked all the way. Ordering for a specific date? Allow 4 weeks to be completely safe.
What if it does not suit me?
You have 14 days after delivery to return any unworn piece for a refund. And if something arrives damaged, we replace it free.
Do the pieces fit everyone?
Yes, that is a rule of this edit: the veil and pins are one-size, and the robe comes in relaxed kimono sizes S to 2XL.
Where do you ship?
To most of North America and Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Emirates. The exact list shows at checkout.
