How does RobeMarie work?

RobeMarie uses advanced AI (Google Gemini) to generate realistic images of you wearing virtual wedding dresses. Simply upload a photo of yourself, customize the dress style (silhouette, fabric, neckline, sleeves, finishes), and our AI creates a beautiful image of you in that dress.

What photos work best?

For best results, use a clear, well-lit photo where:

You are facing the camera (front or slight angle)
Your full upper body is visible
The background is not too busy
You are wearing fitted clothing (not bulky jackets)

How do credits work?

Each AI dress generation costs 1 credit. New users receive 1 free credit to try the service. You can purchase additional credits through monthly subscriptions or one-time credit packs. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not accumulate.

Why did my generation fail?

Generation can fail due to:

Poor image quality or lighting
Face not clearly visible
Photo doesn't meet our content guidelines
Temporary server issues

If a generation fails due to a technical issue on our end, your credit will be automatically refunded. If not, please contact us.

Are my photos private?

Yes, absolutely. Your photos are:

Stored securely in your private account
Never shared with third parties for marketing
Processed by AI only to generate your images
Deleted when you delete your account

Can I use the generated images?

Yes! Images you generate belong to you. You can save them, share them on social media, or use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please note that the images are AI artistic representations and should not be used to misrepresent products.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your RobeMarie subscription, follow these steps on your iPhone:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap your name at the top of the screen (Apple ID)
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find and tap "RobeMarie" in the list
Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

Important: Cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

After cancellation, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How to Delete Your Account

To permanently delete your RobeMarie account and all associated data:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

Open RobeMarie app
Go to your Profile/Settings
Tap "Delete Account"
Confirm deletion

Option 2: Email Request

Send an email to robemarieee@outlook.fr with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email associated with your account.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent.

All your photos and generated images will be deleted
Any remaining credits will be forfeited
Your data will be erased within 30 days
This action cannot be undone

How to Request a Refund

All purchases in RobeMarie are processed through Apple. To request a refund:

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
Sign in with your Apple ID
Find your RobeMarie purchase in the list
Select the issue and request a refund

Apple typically processes refund requests within a few days. Refund eligibility is determined by Apple's policies.

Troubleshooting

App is slow or freezing

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check your internet connection or try updating to the latest version from the App Store.

Credits not showing after purchase

Wait a few minutes for the transaction to sync. If credits still don't appear after 15 minutes, try the "Restore Purchases" option in the app settings, or contact us.

Can't upload photos

Make sure you've granted RobeMarie permission to access your photos in iPhone Settings. Go to Settings → RobeMarie → Photos and select "All Photos" or "Selected Photos".

Generation taking too long

AI generation typically takes 30-60 seconds. If it takes longer than 2 minutes, there may be high server load. Try again later or contact us if the issue persists.
