Welcome to RobeMarie. By downloading, installing, or using our iOS application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the app.

3. Description of Service
RobeMarie is a virtual wedding dress try-on application powered by artificial intelligence. The service allows you to:
- Upload a photo of yourself
- Customize dress parameters (style, silhouette, fabric, neckline, sleeves, finishes)
- Generate AI images of yourself in virtual wedding dresses
- Save your creations to your personal gallery
- Share your creations on social media
4. User Account
- You may use the app anonymously or create an account with your email
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
5. Credit System
RobeMarie operates on a credit-based system:
- 1 credit = 1 AI dress generation
- New users receive 1 free credit upon registration
- Additional credits can be obtained through subscriptions or one-time purchases
- Monthly subscription credits reset to your plan's allowance each billing cycle
- Credits do not accumulate from month to month (no rollover)
- One-time purchase credits are added to your balance immediately

Important Subscription Information
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Auto-Renewal: All subscriptions automatically renew monthly until cancelled.
Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.
No Proration: If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
7. How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone
- Tap your name at the top (Apple ID)
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select RobeMarie
- Tap Cancel Subscription
You must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current billing period to avoid being charged for the next period.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period.
8. Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
To request a refund:
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Select the purchase you want to request a refund for
- Follow Apple's instructions
Technical Issues: If you experience technical problems preventing generation, contact us at robemarieee@outlook.fr and we will re-credit your account if the issue was on our end.
9. Intellectual Property
- The RobeMarie app, including its design, code, and branding, is protected by copyright
- Your generated images belong to you and can be used for personal, non-commercial purposes
- You retain all rights to the photos you upload
- You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for generating dress images
10. Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to upload:
- Photos of other people without their explicit consent
- Photos of minors (under 18 years old)
- Illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Content that violates third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy)
- Nudity or sexually explicit content
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.
11. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain continuous service availability
- Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary interruptions
- We do not guarantee 100% uptime
- AI generation quality may vary and is not guaranteed to match exact expectations
12. Limitation of Liability
- Generated images are AI artistic representations, not photographs
- We do not guarantee that results will match your exact expectations
- We are not responsible for dress purchasing decisions based on generated images
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RobeMarie and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting support
- We may terminate your account for violation of these Terms
- Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited
- Account data will be deleted within 30 days of termination
15. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of France
- Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lyon, France
- EU consumers retain rights under their local consumer protection laws
16. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of RobeMarie after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
