Shipping and Returns

Everything the RobeMarie shop ships, how fast it arrives, and what to do if something is not right.

Shipping

  • ·Shipping is free and tracked on every order, worldwide.
  • ·Orders are prepared and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days.
  • ·Typical delivery is 2 to 3 weeks depending on destination. Ordering for a set date? Allow 4 weeks to be completely safe.
  • ·We ship to most of North America and Europe, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates. The exact list is shown at checkout.
  • ·Delivery is tracked from dispatch to your door. Reply to your order confirmation email any time and we will send you the live tracking link.

Returns and right of withdrawal

  • ·You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, in line with EU distance-selling rules, which we apply to every customer worldwide.
  • ·To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email within those 14 days. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • ·Once we receive the return, we refund the full product price within 14 days to your original payment method.
  • ·Return postage is at your cost, unless we sent the wrong item or the item arrived damaged.

Damaged or wrong item

  • ·If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo by replying to your order email within 48 hours of delivery.
  • ·We replace it free of charge or refund you in full, your choice. No forms, no debate.

Questions about an order

Reply to your order confirmation email and a human answers, usually within one business day.
